Hand - On Cooking class
Morning session: 8.30am – 12.00pm
Afternoon  session: 2.00pm – 5.30pm
Evening session: 5.30pm – 8.00pm
- This will give you the opportunity to kick off your professional cooking career, or at least, to become a better cook of local Vietnamese cuisine.
We will begin the day by heading to Ben Thanh Market to see how Vietnamese people select their ingredients for cooking.
After we have an idea of the local produce and meats Vietnamese people typically choose, we will depart Ben Thanh Market and head to a cooking center.
Cooking class is a fun and interesting way to learn about the local ingredients and how to make some of the most popular dishes. You will learn when and how to use the numerous herbs and spices that are strongly attached to the Vietnamese culture.
You will also be instructed on how to prepare the famous “nuoc mam” (fish sauce) and ingredients for the dishes. After preparation, you will cook under the instruction of the Chef. Finally, enjoy your finished dishes!
